The assessment includes a selection report with advancement recommendations, follow-up interview questions, a developmental report, and a tailored interpretation guide. Results are available immediately upon assessment completion.
MIC 2: 60-Minute Assessment*
MIC 2 is designed for mid-level managers and individual contributors, offering the benefits of MIC 1 with added components for cognitive ability, personality traits, and competencies. Results are available immediately upon assessment completion.
MIC 3: 60-Minute Assessment*
MIC 3 is a higher-level assessment tailored for multi-unit management positions that enhances the features of MIC 2 by measuring additional personality traits and providing a written summary from an experienced HAP consultant. Results are available within two business days of completion.
