Executive Selection Assessment
Evaluates a candidate across a comprehensive set of leadership competencies and traits at the Executive level (which HAP considers to be at the Senior Director/VP level and above). The Full Executive Assessment is comprised of a battery of online assessment measures, as well as an in-person interview with an experienced HAP executive assessor. Utilizing both the science and art of assessment, the Full Executive Assessment assesses an external candidate’s fit for the role, the team and the organizational strategy / culture.
Developmental Executive Assessment
For the purpose of internal promotion, performance improvement or simply developmental feedback to valued leaders, the Developmental Executive Assessment is a specialized service that HAP offers. The process (in terms of assessments and interview) mirrors that of the Selection of External Candidates but culminates in a feedback session with the Executive Assessor along with a personalized recording of the feedback (for the individual’s use only) and a well-defined action plan moving forward. This service helps to facilitate professional growth for the individual as well as organizational succession planning.
HAP will offer personalized coaching to specific clients and/ or individuals on a case-by-case basis. Such initiatives are based on fit: with the individual’s personality/ learning style, purpose of coaching and organizational goals. HAP partners with Coaches Collective International (ccicoaches.com) to match individuals with a coach in a manner that fosters personal growth and professional success within the context of their environment.
Senior Director Assessment
In response to client need, HAP created a specific assessment for the selection of Director positions. Because of the breadth of responsibility in these roles, HAP created an assessment that incorporates some of the online testing used at the Executive level, as well as a virtual interview. This position-specific assessment tool may also be utilized for the purposes of development, as HAP will provide personalized feedback and developmental resources / planning to the individual taking the Director assessment.
Hourly and Management Services
The Hourly and Management suite of assessments was built by HAP to provide our clients with the highest class tools both from an assessment science and technical perspective. Each offering provides follow-up interview questions, as well as developmental tips and resources to assist in an employee’s onboarding process.
